I am happy that I read these great books. My favorite one was all about the life of Thomas Jefferson. When his father died it was really sad, but the rest of the book made up for it. He got a lot done in his life.

I had fun reading these books, and my favorite one was “The Cabin Faced West”. The main character was Ann Hamilton. She lives on a hill. She wants something exciting to happen to her. After a few months and a lot of story, George Washington comes to her house!

I am glad that I read this amazing book called “Pioneer Children of America”. I learned all about how pioneers made sod houses and how they planted their corn by putting fish around the hole where the seeds were to make the soil better. Very interesting.

On this course I learned a lot about how to do research. I am a lot better at looking things up now. I used to get confused, now I don’t as much. I liked this course a lot.

I’m so glad that I read these books. I read some really good ones. My favorite one was “My Father’s Dragon”. It was such a funny book, and it made me laugh.

I liked what I did. I like reading. I am a great runner. I also learned to cut.

I liked doing addition. It was fun. I learned about adding hundreds, thousands, and tens.
